How to use this data to make decisions
Now that you understand how to navigate your Analytics Dashboard, the next step is knowing how to take action on what you see. If you want to improve your social media performance, here’s how you can use your data to make smarter marketing decisions.
01. Elevating organic activity
To increase engagement and visibility, focus on creating consistent, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with your audience, whether through regular posts, trending topics, or video content that brings your brand to life.
- Post Consistently. Daily is ideal, but at least once per week is a must.
- Designate a Social Media Rockstar. Assign someone in your office to own your social presence.
- Leverage Trending Topics. Industry trends and news; National Days (e.g., Small Business Saturday, Dog Day, etc.); seasonal and holiday-related content; lighthearted, relatable memes or storytelling posts.
- Use More Video. Video content consistently outperforms static graphics: customer testimonials or success stories, behind-the-scenes clips to showcase your team or process, and quick tips or educational content relevant to your audience.
02. Maximizing paid activity
Running successful paid campaigns isn’t just about spending money, it’s about making every dollar work toward your goals. Our team is always testing, optimizing, and refining your ads to improve performance, but your input matters too. If you have ideas, seasonal promotions, or new strategies you’d like to explore, don’t hesitate to reach out to your account rep. We’re here to collaborate, brainstorm, and bring fresh, engaging campaigns to life while ensuring your budget is used effectively to maximize results and drive real growth.

Smart marketing isn’t about spending more, it’s about spending strategically. The right approach ensures your budget works harder, reaching the right people at the right time for maximum impact. In a world overflowing with ads, the ones that win aren’t always the loudest, they’re the smartest.
03. Promoting your brand
Our goal is to highlight your brand! Here’s how you can contribute:
- Share Your Business Page Posts. Extend your reach by having your team and network share your content.
- Increase Engagement Efforts. Responding to comments and messages builds trust and boosts visibility among your audience.
- Invite People to Follow Your Page. Personally invite engaged users to like and follow your page.
- Be Active in Your Community. Join conversations, comment on relevant posts, and stay visible in your community.

Smart businesses don’t just collect data, they use it! Take these insights and put them to work!
